Return & Exchange Policy

At Loud Cotton CO., every item is printed after your order is placed. Because our products are made on demand, we are not able to accept standard returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the item.

However, we want every customer to receive what they ordered in good condition. If there is a problem with your item, we will make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us if your order arrives:

Damaged
Misprinted
Defective
With the wrong item
With the wrong size or color compared to what you ordered

To help us resolve the issue, please email us within 14 days of delivery at hello@loudcotton.co with:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging, if applicable

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or another appropriate solution.

Size Exchanges

Because each item is custom printed after purchase, we generally cannot offer size exchanges if the size ordered does not fit.

Please review the product size chart before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet entered production. Because production can begin quickly after checkout, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at hello@loudcotton.co.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our apparel is made to order, we do not accept returns for:

Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect size selected by the customer
Incorrect color selected by the customer
Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Refunds

Refunds may be issued only when appropriate based on the issue with the order. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
